Please note, CStore Cigar takes underage smoking very seriously. We use BlueCheck age verification services to ensure that only an authorized adult receives the delivery. 

Return Policy :
  • If you have received an item that was shipped in error, or damaged, we will pay for return shipping and send you replacement product immediately. Please call our customer service department for a RAN (Return Authorization Number) between the hours of 9-5 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Cigar Returns:
  • All cigars are carefully inspected and monitored for freshness. If for some reason you are not happy with your merchandise, please contact us within 3 business days and we will be glad to exchange it. No refunds will be issued. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT accept exchanges after 3 business days of receipt. 
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel an order after placed with C-Store Cigars prior to                  shipping. Once C-Store Cigars has processed your order and applied          a shipping label, you will have to return the product as noted above.              Customer is responsible for shipping charges. Additional fees may                apply.
