Payment is accepted through all major credit cards, MONEY ORDER, CHECK or CERTIFIED CHECK.
- CStore Cigars payment by Check, Money Order or Certified Check: Complete your purchase online and submit or simply complete our Mail Order Form and mail it along with your check or money order or certified check, along with a valid copy of State issued ID to: CStore Cigars, 2428 24th Lane, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418. You may also fax your order to 1-855-422-4427 and submit payment as above.
Notice Tax info CO, VT, RI and LA Purchasers CStore Cigar does not collect sales or use tax on purchases made from it. Certain states, however, require CStore Cigar and other online retailers to notify purchasers that such sales are subject to sales or use tax, even when purchased via the internet, catalog, or other remote means. These states also require anyone making a purchase for shipment into the state, to file a sales or use tax return, at the end of the year, to report all taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay taxes on those purchases. Please see your state department of revenue or taxation for more information.
Shipping and Handling charges are taxable in the State of Florida. Outside the state of Florida, the purchaser is responsible for remitting any additional taxes to the appropriate taxing authority.
- Prohibited Sales Policy
Please note, CStore Cigar takes underage smoking very seriously. We use BlueCheck age verification services to ensure that only an authorized adult receives the delivery.
CStore Cigars does not sell to retailers, nor does it otherwise, sell or ship on a wholesale basis. All items sold by CStore Cigars are intended for personal consumption by its customers and resale, thereof, is strictly prohibited.
Return Policy :
If you have received an item that was shipped in error, or damaged, we will pay for return shipping and send you replacement product immediately. Please call our customer service department for a RAN (Return Authorization Number) between the hours of 9-5 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
All cigars are carefully inspected and monitored for freshness. If for some reason you are not happy with your merchandise, please contact us within 3 business days and we will be glad to exchange it. No refunds will be issued. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT accept exchanges after 3 business days of receipt.
- Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel an order after placed with C-Store Cigars prior to shipping. Once C-Store Cigars has processed your order and applied a shipping label, you will have to return the product as noted above. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. Additional fees may apply.
Third Party Information, Offers And Promotions:
In the event that there is a price discrepancy on any product from CStore Cigars found on any third party websites, feeds, affiliates, etc. the product price found at www.CStoreCigars.com will always be the sale price of the product in question. Offers and promotions found online or through traditional marketing channels cannot be combined, can only be used once, are limit 1 per customer, and exclude tax and shipping unless otherwise specified.
Does CStore Cigars ship outside the U.S.?
Unfortunately, not at this time. CStore Cigars ships within the 48 continental U.S., with the exceptions in prohibited states (please see above).
- CStore Cigars shipping charges will be calculated at check out.
IMPORTANT: In order to protect ourselves and our customers from fraud, ALL FIRST ORDERS must be shipped to the billing address corresponding with the payment method used. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THIS POLICY.
*All items must be in stock and order must be completed before 12:00pm (EST) to be shipped same day.
- Holiday Shipping: During the month of December, USPS and UPS do not guarantee delivery dates. Once the package is shipped from our warehouse we have no control over delivery dates and we do not issue shipping refunds for your package taking longer than the estimated time. You may upgrade your shipping from ground or priority mail to UPS 2nd day or Overnight delivery.
Order Cancellation/Edit Policy:
Please keep in mind that your order begins processing immediately after you submit your order. If you wish to cancel (or edit) your order, please contact us within 1-2 hours of placing your order. If you submit an order over the weekend and wish to cancel your order, please contact us by phone or email by Monday morning to ensure that the order does not get processed. Once your order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.
What is your backorder policy?
CStore Cigar will notify you if the product you ordered is out of stock. We do our best to keep our inventory updated - but some items do run out fast! We will gladly refund your purchase if you decide to cancel your order with us.
How soon can I expect my order?
Your order is our first priority at CStore Cigar! While we do our best to process your order as quickly as possible, please allow up to three (3) days for processing. You can expect to receive your cigar order between 2-7 business days (ground service) from the day it has been shipped. Please refer to the UPS transit map below. Please note: we are not open on weekends, therefore any orders placed after business hours on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
